SKAFT. is a golf practice app for iPhone, made in Iceland. Golfers log every practice session, every drill gets a score, and the app tracks stats and handicap. Not to be confused with a golf club shaft ("skaft" in Icelandic).

Questions coaches ask

What can I see about a student?

Once a student accepts your invite, you see every session and round they log: their scores, putts, fairways and greens, their stats and the notes they write themselves. You can look at everything but change nothing.

Can I send my own drills as assignments?

Yes. You can create your own drills in SKAFT., as many as you like with Pro Coach, and send them as assignments just like drills from the library. If a drill is private, your student can still open it while the assignment is open.

Can a student have more than one coach?

Yes. A student can work with more than one coach at the same time.

Can I coach juniors?

Yes. Chat with a player under 18 needs a parent or guardian linked in the app, who can read the conversation. Those chats are text only.

Is there a free trial of Pro Coach?

No, Pro Coach is paid from the first day. Every new account can try Pro free for 14 days.

What happens if I cancel?

Your students stay linked to you. The coaching tools pause, and everything comes back as it was when you subscribe again.

Coaching a whole club?

We can set SKAFT. up for a club or academy. Tell us what you need.

spjall við hvern nemanda

Fyrir þig

Allt um nemendurna á einum stað.

Þjálfarahlutinn skiptist í fjóra flipa: nemendur, hópa, verkefni og keppnir.

Nemendalistinn

Allir nemendurnir á einum lista, með forgjöf, hópa og opin verkefni.

Verkefni

Veldu æfingu eða biddu um hring og sendu á einn nemanda, fleiri eða heilan hóp. Þú velur skiladaginn.

Hringirnir þeirra

Hver hringur sem nemandinn skráir: skor miðað við par, pútt, brautir og flatir, með meðaltölum efst.

Athugasemdir

Þú sérð hverja æfingu sem nemandinn skráir og athugasemdirnar hans við hana. Þú getur líka skrifað þína eigin athugasemd.

Æfingahópar

Skiptu nemendunum í hópa og sjáðu hver í hverjum hópi hefur bætt sig mest í mánuðinum.

Hópspjall

Hver hópur getur haft sitt eigið spjall með þér og nemendunum.

Fyrir nemandann

Svona lítur þetta út hjá nemandanum.

Þú sérð ekkert fyrr en nemandinn hefur samþykkt boðið þitt. Eftir það birtist allt sem þú sendir honum í appinu.

Boð frá þér

Þú leitar að nemandanum eftir notandanafni og sendir honum boð. Hann getur samþykkt það eða hafnað því.

Verkefni og athugasemdir

Á þjálfarasíðunni sinni sér nemandinn verkefnin frá þér, skiladagana og athugasemdirnar þínar.

Æfingin sjálf

Verkefnið opnar æfinguna með skiladegi og athugasemd frá þér. Þaðan skráir hann hana beint.

Að byrja

Þrjú skref og nemendurnir eru komnir inn.

Algengar spurningar

Hvað sé ég hjá nemanda?

Þegar nemandinn hefur samþykkt boðið sérðu allar æfingar og alla hringi sem hann skráir: skorin, púttin, brautirnar og flatirnar, tölfræðina og athugasemdirnar sem hann skrifar sjálfur. Þú getur skoðað allt en engu breytt.

Get ég sent mínar eigin æfingar sem verkefni?

Já. Þú getur búið til þínar eigin æfingar í SKAFT., eins margar og þú vilt með Pro Coach, og sent þær sem verkefni eins og æfingar úr safninu. Þótt æfingin sé ekki opinber getur nemandinn opnað hana á meðan verkefnið er opið.

Getur nemandi haft fleiri en einn þjálfara?

Já, nemandi getur verið hjá fleiri en einum þjálfara í einu.

Get ég þjálfað krakka og unglinga?

Já. Ef nemandi er undir 18 ára þarf foreldri eða forráðamaður að vera tengdur honum í appinu áður en þið getið spjallað. Forráðamaðurinn getur lesið spjallið og þar er aðeins hægt að senda texta.
